Snowdrops can be difficult to grow from dry bulbs, to ensure success you should plant your snowdrops while they are in leaf, also known as ‘in the green’. Top Tips
- Where bulbs are planted in grass, do not cut the grass until after the leaves have died back, a few weeks after flowering.
- Divide every few years to split large clumps by lifting while the leaves are still green and break into smaller clumps for replanting.
